The UPS Endowment Fund at Stanford was established in 1971 with a generous gift from the United Parcel Service. The intent of the endowment fund is to provide support for programs in transportation and logistics education, and urban planning education and research. This may include urban problems such as social, economic, environmental, technological, and public policy questions. Funding is available to support new programs, to enlarge existing programs, or to support individual faculty instruction or research.
