With this program, Sanofi aims to fund cutting-edge translational research that can contribute to their early-stage pipeline and ultimately benefit patients. October 12, 2023 – Feedback from Therapeutic Areas received, informational meetings scheduled

Eligibility:
Stanford faculty with PI eligibility and CE faculty (with an approved CE faculty PI waiver). CE applicants must obtain an approved CE faculty PI waiver through their Research Process Manager (RPM) before the internal deadline on May 26, 2023.
Requirements:
Fill out the attached pre-proposal. Email complete pre-proposal to Nour Malek at nrmalek@stanford.edu. The Industry Relations team will review the submissions with the Industry Contracting Office (ICO) and then formally submit all pre-proposals through the Sanofi portal on behalf of Stanford.
There should be NO confidential information disclosed in the pre-proposals.
Institutional representative: you do not need to submit your pre-proposals through RMG or OSR for institutional approval; you may submit your pre-proposal directly to the program per the instructions above. If invited to submit a full proposal, please initiate your Proposal Intake Form (PIF) at your earliest convenience. Final proposal submission will require institutional approval prior to submission.

The funds can be used for FTE, supplies, equipment, data, services, etc. Along with funding, Sanofi R&D expertise and guidance will also be provided.
