The Dunlevie Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Center for Discovery, Innovation and Clinical Impact's mission is to empower an arc of discovery and implementation in maternal-fetal science. Aligned with this mission, the Center is offering a Spring 2023 Seed Grant opportunity with a funding period from July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024.
Dunlevie MFM Center seed grants will be awarded to support any of the four focus areas which advance the maternal-fetal medicine science:
Basic Science Discovery
Prenatal Diagnosis and Fetal Therapy
Clinical Trials in Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Eligible applicants must be Stanford faculty with University Medical Line (UML), University Tenure Line (UTL), Research (NTL-Research), Clinician Educator (CE), or Instructor position for the duration of the award.
Proposal is advancing the science of maternal-fetal medicine.
One submission allowed per applicant (as Principal Investigator), per cycle.
Requirements:
IRB or APLAC submission (if applicable) is required at time of proposal submission
Dunlevie MFM Center will request a report from the awardee at 6 months and at 12 months from the start of the project and then every year for the following two years (4 total progress reports), including all abstracts, presentations, publications, and grants (applied and/or funded) resulting from the work supported by the Center.
