c-ShARP welcomes collaborative proposals from PIs and Shared Facilities Staff for acquisitions and programs that may include equipment, thematic priorities, and any other user-experience enhancements of Stanford’s shared research facilities, encompassing experimental space in SOM, SOE, H&S, and SE3. This year, only one primary applicant per proposal is allowed.

Eligibility:
Faculty and Shared Facilities staff may submit proposals. Collaborators are highly encouraged and should ideally span departments and Schools. At least one co-applicant should be a director of the Shared Facility that benefits from the proposal.

How can the funds be used?
The number and amount of awards are limited to the funds at hand. Proposals will be scored and prioritized by c-ShARP committee members, as well as external reviewers. Funds can only be used to support the equipment, infrastructure, and/or staffing needs detailed in the proposal budget. Annual reports will be used to track spending.
