The mission of the Stanford School of Medicine and Stanford Health Care (SHC)-ValleyCare hospital is to advance SHC-ValleyCare as an academic institution and provide more education opportunities for students and residents/fellows as well as provide more teaching opportunities for faculty. To this end, the Stanford SoM and SHC has provided funding to create new rotations at SHC-ValleyCare focusing on trainee education and experience. This includes trainees of all levels including PA/medical students, residents and fellows.
Eligibility:
All Stanford School of Medicine faculty who are SHC-ValleyCare credentialed are encouraged to apply. Faculty include all tracks (clinical educator, junior/senior faculty) and advanced practice providers.

$20000
How can the funds be used?
Funding can be used for any supplies and equipment necessary to jump start the elective.
Up to 40% of grant funds can be used as facuty salary support, and up to 10% of grant funds can be used for administrative staff support.
