VPA Faculty Grants FY24 (McMurtry & FCP): Onboarding Checklist

The following information may be used on the VPA Website (arts.stanford.edu), social media channels, and other Stanford media outlets.


1. * PI Headshot Headshot for website, announcements. Please include a photographer credit. (You can share the information in the text box for the "PI Bio".) Files must be less than 100 MB. Allowed file types: txt pdf doc docx rtf jpg jpeg png.
2. * PI Bio Provide one of the following: Short bio text (~250 words) Link to bio on Stanford Profiles Link to bio on your personal website Bio will be displayed/linked on our project archive. Formatting options Editor Plain text No HTML tags allowed. Web page addresses and email addresses turn into links automatically, unless the parent tag has the 'nolink' class. Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
3. * Project Summary Short, non-technical overview of the project (250 words max), for inclusion on the VPA website and press release. Formatting options Editor Plain text No HTML tags allowed. Web page addresses and email addresses turn into links automatically, unless the parent tag has the 'nolink' class. Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
