PHIND Fellowship review

Instructions:

Dear Reviewer,

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the review of the PHIND-Philips fellowship proposals. For each application, we’d like you to do two things:

  1. In the “Overall/Additional Comments” section, answer this question: Would you fund this project? Yes or No. If no, please comment why not.
  2. Please provide scores and detailed comments for each of the criteria. Be as specific as possible to facilitate the decision making. Each criterion should be scored on a scale from 1-10; 1 being least favorable and 10 being most favorable.

Please complete your review by March 25, 2021 and do not hesitate to reach out to me at rspitler@stanford.edu if you have any questions.

Thank you very much,

Ryan
